Just a quick friending meme that I found while nosing about doing some research. I'm considering submitting 'The Troubadour and the Nightingale' once it's done for novel_bigbang but it means I have to a) finish it and b)make it excellent.
What I might do is give up on Milwordy which frankly isn't going anywhere and set this as my year's writing goal instead. I'm also going to work on the Opera company series and 'Deadly Sarabande' aka my Renaissance historical romance and use those as my submissions.


I'm also shocked at the death of Alexander Mc Queen. Very sad, especially as it's a suicide. How terrible to think that it's your only option. It really shocked and upset me to hear about it.

In other news , I found out they're remaking 'The Three Musketeers' which is great, but and this is a big but if they decide to go down the franchise route why can't they use the other novels in the series? I always seem to see adaptations of 'Musketeers' and 'Man in the Iron Mask' but I feel the other books in the series are just as exciting but very neglected. Imagine seeing a decent version of 'Twenty Years After' or 'The Viscount de Bragelonne'? That would be epic. Knowing Hollywood they'll screw it up and wreck any chance of doing justice to it. I shall be thinking of prospective casting and will probably to a post later on about it.
